1. Best part of working at Eleven Peppers Studios?
The culture.

2. If you were a pepper, what type would you be and why?
Aleppo because of my heritage and their description of being milder than cayenne, but still providing a noticeable kick!

3. What is your favorite 11p event?
The cruise!

4. What is your favorite present ever received from 11p?
I particularly love the Father’s Day gifts my husband receives. They really drive home the company’s stance on including and valuing family.

5. What is your favorite 11p memory?
The Game Show holiday party was pretty epic!

6. Name a Pepper you can always lean on for support or advice:
Krista supports me both in the workplace and with life. Her outlook and willingness are incredible!

7. Name a Pepper whose work ethic inspires you:
Julie and Erica both go above and beyond for each of us and the company.

8. My spice meter :

  • Complete wimp
  • Will proceed with caution
  • A subtle flame
  • A little sweat never hurt
  • The spicier, the better!
Getting to know Jaymie a little better...

1. What do you love the most about coaching?
Watching kids find themselves through athletics.

2. Where is the coolest place you’ve traveled for a sports tournament?
Shipyard Park in South Carolina.

3. What is your favorite part about having a big family?
Chances are if a kid’s done it, I’ve experienced it, so it often allows me to help other parents.

4. What has been your favorite part about renovating your house?
So far, my favorite has been transforming a dark, carpeted, and wallpapered office into a craft room with white built-ins, fresh paint and LVP flooring. I dislike plumbing very much, so I guess my least favorite has been the half bath remodel.

5. If you could compete on any game show, what would it be?
That’s a tough one. I’d have to go with Wheel of Fortune in honor of my grandparents and dad. LOL!

6. What is your favorite heat transfer vinyl project you’ve done?
There have been SO many! I can’t choose just one, but any of them that have been gifts are at the top of my list. There’s such joy in seeing someone receive a personal present they really appreciate.
