Job description
The Fun Stuff

Define interface requirements by collaborating with users and stakeholders.

Collect and analyze user behaviors and needs through user research.

Design user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that are intuitive and present a clear flow of information.

Brand and design UIs, define style guides to ensure consistency in the interface.

Collaborate with teammates that may include other designers, project managers, developers, engineers, and product champions.
The Necessities
-
You have a bachelor’s degree in a visual communications discipline (graphic design, web design, interactive design, etc.) and at least five years of experience in that discipline (experience may be considered in substitution of a degree).

You’ve mastered Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to design sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.

Your design sensibility is refined and purposeful, and the artifacts you create are beautiful and functional.

Coding HTML and CSS is already a natural part of your rapid prototyping workflow, and you understand how it applies to responsive design.

Talking to users and soliciting their feedback is second nature, and you can articulate design concepts to a variety of audiences.

You have excellent communication skills, both writing, and speaking.

Desired: Experience with Agile Development and Product Management
