The Fun Stuff

Define, document, and communicate front end development standards, best practices, code review processes, and build tools.

Partner with design and strategy/UX to ensure an optimal and consistent user experience.

Build visually accurate interfaces in collaboration with designers.

Immerse yourself in modern best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration and deployment, and iterative development.

Create efficient, optimized code for page speed and scalability.

Review, maintain, and improve user-facing code.

Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
The Necessities
-
You have a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (such as computer science), with at least one year of experience (more required depending on desired level).

You have experience developing user-friendly web apps using JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Vue, Angular and/or Ember.

You have the ability to build and test semantic, accessible, Section 508 compliant web applications.

You have a passion for creating innovative web applications.

You have an ability to integrate with REST APIs.

You are competent working/deploying projects with a source control tool.

You have familiarity with Git, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
