Analyze user needs to determine the most effective solutions.

Be a master of interactions between the machine and humans.

Design and develop with big picture views and small detail focus.

Define, document, and communicate front end development standards, best practices, code review processes, and build websites and tools.

Immerse yourself in modern best practices including code review and deployment.

Review, maintain, and improve user-facing code.

Contribute to mission critical web infrastructure projects.
The Necessities
-
You have 5+ years of experience of developing websites with a focus on UI development and 5+ years of experience using JavaScript and PHP.

You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (3+ years of additional experience in Web Development or Software Engineering will be considered in lieu of a degree).

You have experience writing source code for new applications or reviewing, generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications or software.

You’ve got the knowledge of database systems and mySQL.

You are excellent with front end frameworks and fundamentals, such as HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility.

You have experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.

You have the ability to acquire client requirements and resolve workflow problems through automation optimization.
The Nice to Haves

Experience using content management systems (e.g. Joomla) and/or knowledge of CMS plug-ins and extensions.

Knowledge of building, enhancing, web application and/or API.

Experience with AWS.

Experience project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.

Salary Details
Salary range provided during selection process. Exact pay will be determined based on individual factors that may include years of experience, contract requirements, billable vs. non-billable, position urgency/demand, and location/telework options.
