Celebrating Krista Cochran’s 10-Year Pepperversary
We’re thrilled to celebrate Krista Cochran on 10 incredible years as a Pepper!
Krista has been a vital part of our team, working across multiple projects and making a real impact for our clients. Her ability to listen, problem-solve, and stay organized has made her an invaluable resource. But it’s not just her work that makes her special. Krista brings so much heart and positivity to everything she does. Whether she’s spending time on the Chesapeake Bay fishing with her family, watching her daughters excel in dance and lacrosse, or sharing laughs with the team over a margarita, Krista’s energy is contagious.
Krista, your kindness, humor, and dedication inspire us all. We’re so lucky to have you on the team, and here’s to many more years of fun!
To make it extra special, we used intel from the Peppers who know her best! For example, we learned that:

Krista lovs to go fishing and hang out on her boat. In the summer she loves spending time with her family and friends on the bay, and in the winter, she loves catching rockfish.

She has a unique watch collection. She owns wrist watches, pocket watches, and mantle clocks that have been handed down from her family, and she hopes to add to the collection and pass those down as well.

Krista is a big Jurassic Park fan. And her favorite is the original!

She is a girl mom, and loves watching them grow up to be strong, smart, respectful and hardworking women.
