Celebrating Brian Lynch’s 10-Year Pepperversary

Congratulations to Brian Lynch on 10 years at Eleven Peppers!

Brian has been a go‑to front‑end engineer, a steady mentor, and a collaborator who makes designers feel seen and supported. He’s known for figuring things out fast, building prototypes in minutes, and bringing ideas to life with care and precision. And outside of work, he’s a multi‑talented Pepper who writes books, brews beer, plays music, prints Mario tap handles, coaches baseball, and somehow still finds new hobbies to collect.

To make it extra special, we used intel from the Peppers who know him best! For example, we learned that:

  • He’s an all-star dad and not-so-secret musician.

  • He is a go-to for home brew tips!

  • Brian is the type of person that just figures things out. He is extremely resourceful.

  • He’s known for being kind, calm, thoughtful, and great for 508 feedback!

We also sent out a survey about Brian, and this is some of the feedback we received:

  • “Brian is an exceptionally talented front-end developer that appreciates design and collaborating with a designer.”

  • “He’s great to bounce ideas off of without any concern of judgement; he is a very approachable developer.”

  • “He is a published author, plays music, brews beer, is very involved in his children’s activities, and so many other things.”

  • “Brian is always willing to help outside his day-to-day on development knowledge but also whatever is needed.”

Brian, your decade at Eleven Peppers has been spent supporting teammates, strengthening projects, and shaping our engineering culture with calm problem‑solving and genuine collaboration. We’re grateful for everything you’ve built here and excited for what you’ll create next.
