Congratulations to Kate Coates on 10 incredible years at Eleven Peppers!
For 10 years, Kate has brought versatility, poise, and quiet confidence to every team she’s on – mastering everything from UX to illustration to mentorship with ease. A natural leader and thoughtful collaborator, she’s deeply respected by teammates and clients alike. Outside of work, Kate knows how to balance life with passion and purpose. She’s run 17 races over the last 8 years – including two half marathons, each one honoring one of her children. She’s also a dedicated reader (with a dream bookshelf waiting for author signatures), a lover of thought-provoking shows like Severance, and an art collector who surrounds herself with meaningful pieces and stories. We’re so lucky to have you, Kate – thank you for a decade of talent and heart!
